Favorite Quick and Easy Healthy Granola Recipe
You'll love this quick and easy recipe granola recipe. It's a family favorite. So simple to mix together. Throw it in the oven, and once cooled, enjoy for breakfast or a yummy snack. Tastes delicious with your choice of fresh fruit, yogurt, or milk.
Ingredients:
6 cups old-fashioned oats
3 cups rice cereal
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 TBSP cinnamon
pinch salt
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 pure maple syrup
1 TBSP vanilla
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add in all wet ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly on 2 cookie sheets. Recipe works best if you cover sheets with baking mats or tin foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes, without stirring. Granola will be golden brown when done. Let cool and break up and store in sealed containers for up to 2 weeks. This recipe can be easily cut in half.
